Only one gift card per child. Gift cards are for your children only. You may not request gift cards for grandchildren, friends or relatives.

Your Yeshiva will distribute the Gift Cards directly to you, after Purim

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR YESHIVA IS NOT ONE OF THE LISTED YESHIVOS ON THE FORM, IT IS UNLIKELY WE WILL BE ABLE TO SUPPLY GIFT CARDS TO YOU.
